Rules and companion's agreement

2. The legal framework of our companionship

2-1. This agreement is inspired by the general legal principles of the Islamic Republic of Iran, including e-commerce laws and consumer protection regulations, to protect all of our rights.

2-2. We always strive, by following these principles, to create a safe and trusted space for our companions.

3. Signing up and joining our companions

3-1. To use Mehromey's services, you first need to sign up on the site and create your user account. The email or mobile number you enter at this stage is your most important identifier with us.

3-2. Account security responsibility: We ask that you keep your login details (email and password) to yourself. We will never ask you to send us your password. If you notice any unusual activity in your account, please inform our support team immediately.

4. The purchase and service delivery path

4-1. Selection and purchase: By choosing one of the personal or companion paths and completing the payment process, you've registered your request to begin this companionship journey.

4-2. Payment: Payment is processed through a secure gateway. You can rest assured about the security of your financial information.

4-3. Program delivery: After purchase and completion of the initial assessment, your personalized program will be placed in your user panel within a maximum of 48 hours.

4-4. Unlimited access: The program you receive will always remain in your panel, and you can return to it whenever you're ready. Our companionship isn't limited by time.

5. Companionship guarantee and refund

5-1. We believe in our method and in walking alongside you. We believe that if the path is followed with care and commitment, valuable results will follow. That's why we've set aside a 14-day window for you to genuinely experience this path.

5-2. The main condition for a refund is your active, committed participation in the path. A refund is only available to those who:

• Read all the program content carefully during these 14 days.
• Complete the exercises and actions specified in the program in full and consistently (as outlined in the daily program report).
• Log your daily feedback fully and consistently in the user panel. This feedback includes recording your sleep, energy, digestion, and the other markers defined in your program. This data helps our team walk alongside you more effectively and adjust the path when needed.
• Apply any feedback from the support team and receive at least one program revision (along the path) where applicable.

5-3. If, after doing all of the above, you still feel this path isn't right for you and you haven't seen tangible results, just submit your request via a support ticket or email within 14 days of receiving your program. In your request, please briefly mention that you've completed all the steps above (reading, doing the exercises, and logging your daily feedback).

5-4. After an initial review of your request and confirmation that you've taken the steps above (including completing the daily feedback), we will refund the full amount you paid — without delay, and simply to honor your peace of mind and the journey you've walked with us.

5-5. Important note: This guarantee is a reward for committed companions who have genuinely tested the path. Logging daily feedback is part of that commitment — it shows us you've been actively engaged. So requests based only on an initial feeling, without going through the full steps above (especially logging daily feedback), won't be eligible for a refund — this protects the rights of those who have actually walked the path.

5-6. Once a refund is requested, your access to the program and user panel ends — so everyone's rights are properly respected.

6. Privacy — a respected principle

6-1. Your personal and financial information is safe with us. We use this information only to deliver better services and improve your experience.

6-2. Under no circumstances will we share your information with any third party or organization, except where required by law.

6-3. Our commitment to transparency: Any use of your information is done with your awareness and consent.

7. Intellectual property — respecting the work

7-1. All content on the website — including texts, programs, methodology, analyses, the logo, and the user panel structure — is the result of the Mehromey team's effort and creativity, and is valuable to us.

7-2. Dear companions may use the purchased program for their own personal use. We ask that you respect this intellectual work and not copy, reproduce, or share it with others. Doing so motivates us to create better services for you.

8. Companion-style communication and mutual behavior

8-1. The user panel and support channels are spaces for respectful, friendly exchange. We expect all our dear companions to treat each other and our team with courtesy and kindness.

8-2. Sending any abusive, unethical, or illegal content goes against the spirit of Mehromey. If it's repeated, we may have to limit the user's activity to protect the peace of other companions.

9. If an issue comes up... (our companion-style resolution method)

We're here to solve problems together, not to ignore them together. If you ever have a question, concern, or feedback about our services or policies, we'd love to hear from you.

Step one: Friendly conversation

• The first and best way is to contact our support team directly via a ticket in your user panel.
• We're committed to responding to all messages as quickly as possible (within a maximum of 48 business hours) and listening to you with patience and care.
• Our experience has shown that most issues get resolved best through this kind of simple, friendly conversation.

Step two: Brainstorming the best path

• In the rare cases where direct conversation doesn't lead to a resolution, we bring in a neutral, informed mediator so that your time and energy — and ours — don't get stretched further.
• This mediator — someone we both agree on — looks at the matter fairly and proposes the best and most equitable solution.
• This method (legally known as friendly arbitration) is much simpler, faster, and less costly than the usual routes — and more importantly, it protects everyone's privacy far better. We believe this approach reflects our deep respect for your time, your energy, and your peace of mind. If needed, these sessions are held in the city of Tehran.

Step three: Final framework

• All of these pathways are designed within the legal framework of our dear country, Iran, so that we can all be at ease about fairness and justice.
• Our ultimate goal in this process is to find a solution that helps preserve a good, lasting relationship with you — one that goes beyond a simple transaction.

10. Important notes about the nature of the program

10-1. Mehromey programs are designed as a lifestyle complement and are in no way a substitute for diagnosis, treatment, or prescription by a doctor or other qualified health professionals.

10-2. If you have a specific medical condition, we ask that you consult your doctor before starting the program. This is part of being a responsible companion on the path.

10-3. The results of this path vary based on each person's unique condition, and we don't guarantee definite or identical results for everyone — but we believe in our scientific method and will be by your side.

11. Technical notes

11-1. Your Mehromey program lives in your user panel. You'll need an internet connection to view and save it, but for your daily tasks you can save it and continue without being constantly connected.

11-2. We always work to keep the website and user panel stable and smooth, but short disruptions may sometimes happen for technical reasons beyond our control. In those moments, please be patient and let us know so we can fix the issue as soon as possible.
